Smoothie Recipes

All recipes have been created by Dr. Gary Young and found in the Essential Oils Desk Reference


These recipes are a great way to get those fussy eaters to eat with lots of nutrition!

Protein Power (good for all ages)
Ingredients:

  • 1-2 scoops balance complete
  • 1/2 cup carrot juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh coconut milk
  • 1 drop orange oil
  • 1/2 cup water
Directions:  Blend and enjoy nutrition at its best.  Tastes like a Creamsicle!

Pina Colada Delight
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup kefir milk
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1-2 scoops balance complete or pure protein
  • 1/2 cup fresh chopped pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
Directions:  Blend and Enjoy!

Frozen Ningxia Popsicles
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Ningxia Red
  • 1/4-1/2 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 drop orange or lemon oil
Directions:  Blend and pour into popsicle trays and freeze

Ningxia Red watermelon Juice
Ingredients:
  • 1/4-1/2 cup Ningxia Red 
  • 1 cup watermelon juice
Drink fresh or freeze for popsicles!
